Steven McInerney is the Founder and Director of the Hackney Film Festival, a not-for-profit organisation and collective of local filmmakers and artists. With the aim to create a rich film culture within the London borough of Hackney, the festival has established a platform for local filmmakers and audio-visual artists to have their work showcased to the community and a wider London audience.
